Supermodel's thoughts on becoming a model.
What's My Modeling Type Q & A #1
A reader named Claudia asked me a question:

Q: I've been told that I'm attractive and should model, but I don't quite understand. I'm only 5' 4", toned and pretty muscular, not slender like many models are. What sort of modeling could I do? Can I model at all?

A: Thank you for asking this, Claudia! The answer to your last question is yes, of course you can model. There are many great modeling jobs out there, even for people that don't look appropriate for high-fashion runway work.

Think about these modeling opportunities. Print and commercial modeling needs pretty people for ad copy, CD covers and catalog work. Fitness modeling (which would be suitable for your build, perhaps) is also an option. There's also promotional modeling for live events. Any of these are fine for a lady with your sort of build. Just remember - when going to an agency, never pay any fees!

Consult the articles on this site for more great information about fitness modeling jobs and print ad jobs. Keep reading!
