Best Foods for Weight Loss

best foods weight loss :
Losing weight is a challenging endeavor, with all the diets on the market, as well as numerous exercise plans, it can be difficult to choose the best one. The good news is you don't have to go on any specific branded diet to lose weight. According to "Women's Health" magazine you simply need to know what foods will provide your body with what it needs without overloading it with calories and fat.

Breakfast Foods

While we all enjoy our sugar frosted crunchies in the morning there are healthier low calorie ways to eat breakfast. Egg white omelets with fresh veggies, bran cereal with fresh fruit, natural fruit jam, whole wheat toast or plain bagels are all options that will help you manage your weight without sacrificing taste.

Lunch Foods

Since lunch is usually a trip through the drive-through, think before ordering that huge burger and fries combo. To enjoy a filling lunch that is full of vitamins and not so full of fat try something from the healthier part of the menu. Grilled chicken, salads and wraps are available at most fast food restaurants and will take the edge off of midday hunger without leaving you feeling stuffed and sluggish.

Dinner Foods

Salmon, grilled chicken, vegetables and salads are healthy dinner choices that are low in calories and high in taste. Healthy options include skipping the butter, leaving off the sour cream and choosing a light dressing.

Desserts

While dieting dessert may seem like a decadent idea, but there are healthy choices for dessert and snacks. Fresh fruit, raisins or dried fruits, and many versions of "light" desserts such as cookies and puddings are just as tasty and low in calories. Just don't go overboard simply because the packaging says "light."
