Abercrombie specializes in hip, trendy fashions and targets consumers from teen to young adult. With four name brands including Hollister, modeling for Abercrombie has become a very coveted job to land.

Step 1

Get a job at any Abercrombie location. According to the Abercrombie Kids website, all models start out with jobs in one of there numerous stores. You will have to be 18 years of age or older in order to qualify. Once you are employed, you should let your superiors know that you are interested in being an Abercrombie Kids model.

Step 2

Hire a photographer and have him shoot pictures for a modeling portfolio. When the photographer takes pictures be sure to let him know what you are looking for. Tell him you will need some shots that resemble Abercrombie ads, but you will also need some photos that are head shots and full body shots.

Step 3

Create a portfolio. All models need a portfolio. It is a book filled with large copies of your best photos that you can show potential clients.
