How to Become as Thin as a Model

Overview

how become thin model : Overview
Becoming as thin as a model is possible. However, it is easier if you start with a healthy to normal body for your height, weight and age. Looking like a model is largely the result of hard work, dieting and exercise. While many of these beauties are naturally blessed with a thin frame, there are some tricks you can use to get thinner.

Step 1

Make an exercise schedule. Perform 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise three times per week and supplement with two days of strength training. This translates to five days of physical activity. Aim for multiple repetitions when doing the strength training sessions. Avoid trying to spot train and alternate between various muscle groups.

Step 2

Limit caloric intake and increase green leafy vegetables, proteins and fruits. Use height, weight and age to determine the appropriate daily caloric intake. For example, a 28-year-old women who is 5 feet 9 inches and 140 pounds would need to consume no more than 1,800 calories per day. This number is based on an active lifestyle. The calories burned from five days of physical activity with a reduced-calorie diet will help to reduce your weight so you are as thin as a model.

Step 3

Do a colon and body cleanse once or twice a year to push past your threshold when your weight settles. This will also reduce water retention that can lead to bloating and water weight gain. Reduce salt and sugar intake to help maintain a thin frame.

Step 4

Eliminate or reduce white breads, refined and fructose sugars, bread and rice. These foods can lead to weight gain, and if eliminated or reduced can lead to a thinner frame. Many models maintain a strict diet of fish, salads and and low calorie foods.

Step 5

Eliminate sweets or reserve for a few days a month. Also, opt for water, diet soda or fruit over sugary beverages, sodas and juices. Aim for eight to 10 glasses of water a day to hydrate, aid digestion and sustain a feeling of fullness.
